I ordered the Brilliance Skin Care System and when it arrived my brush heads were damaged. This may have been from transport but I reached out to Duvolle and they sent me a new set of brush heads right away! I’ve been using the brush for about a week now and my skin is loving me for it! It’s never been softer. I take the brush into the shower with me and it’s helped to remove all the dead skin off my arms and legs. Over all a really great product!

The entire Brilliance Skin Care System is excellent. I have been using it every day for about 9 months and recently purchased the replacement heads because one brush needed to be replaced. I have never had to replace the battery. The device works excellent and yes, you can get it wet. Highly recommend. Do it for your skin!
