Here at Duvolle Brands, Inc., we understand that sometimes products can be defective, can degrade over time, or sometimes are just not what a customer was looking for.  We have put together a very simple and straight-forward Returns & Exchanges policy for you below. Warranty information:

1 Year limited warranty on factory defects (does not cover liquid damage or damage resulting from inappropriate use).

 

Claiming your warranty:

1.  Email cservice@duvollebrands.com with an order number to obtain a RMA number

2. Return the unit to Duvolle service center (Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to the service center)

3. Pay Warranty Replacement Fee (for warranty exchanges in USA and Canada are $20.00 USD, international warranty replacement fee is $35.00).

4. Once we receive the unit we will need to test it to ensure that the unit was not damaged by the consumer.

5. If it is manufacturing defect, we will replace the unit

 

 

Delivery Terms

 

Shipping Time

Duvolle Brands, Inc standard domestic shipping time is 5-10 business days, and up to 45 days for international shipments. We strive to ensure packages arrive on time and in pristine condition. If you do not receive your shipment within the standard shipping window pleased contact Customer Support at cservice@duvollebrands.com to look into and resolve the issue. 

 

Delivered but Not Delivered

All Duvolle Brands, Inc orders are fulfilled using Fulfillment By Amazon. When orders are fulfilled, customers will receive and automated email notification containing their shipping carrier and tracking information. If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact Duvolle Customer Support at cservice@duvollebrands.com to look into and resolve the issue. 

Duvolle Brands, Inc. cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We strongly advise all customers to monitor the shipping progress of their orders through the fulfilling carrier's tracking website.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at cservice@duvollebrands.com immediately.

 

Once your package has been processed or shipped out, the address cannot be changed once. It is important for the customer to contact us as soon as possible if there is any changes/updates to the shipping address of an order.

 

If the package has already been shipped out then we will have to wait and see if it gets returned back to us and only from there can we issue a refund, exchange or resend to correct address - additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

 

Notice To International Purchasers

 

International shipments can take up to 45 days to arrive. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
