Looking to return or exchange a Duvolle product you got from somewhere else? Please reach out to them directly—they will be able to help you with your refunds and returns.

 

Gift Returns

If you are returning a Duvolle gift, please send us the purchaser’s full name, email address or order number, and a screenshot of your receipt.

 

*Please note we do not accept returns after 60 days.

*Note: Customer is responsible for shipping the products to us

*Duvolle monitors the abuse of returns and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges

1) You original order number and;

2) The email address used to make that original purchase.
