Duvolle 1 year Limited Warranty policy allows a product that is not functioning correctly to be replaced at a reduced cost within 1 year from the date of delivery. (A warranty replacement does not qualify as a new purchase, and the warranty start date remains the date of original delivery.)
In order to qualify for a replacement within the 1 year Limited Warranty policy, the hair styling tool or skincare tool item(s) must have been purchased through duvolle.com directly.

You will need:
1) You original order number and confirmation email;
2) The email address used to make that original purchase.

4) Pay the invoice for handling + standard shipping charge
